The Leading Edge Award – Entrepreneurs EDGE (Economic Development through Growth & Entrepreneurship) is a program which identifies mid-market companies creating great value for themselves and for the Northeast Ohio region, gathers data from them relevant to economic development, publicizes the data in the aggregate for the benefit of the region at large, honors the top performing companies and then creates programs, services and events that will continue to nurture and support these high performing businesses. Most recently, Schoonover Industries, Inc. was among 101 area mid-sized business to receive a 2006 Leading EDGE award.
