Larry has over 30 years experience in many areas of management. He became Plant Manager for Schoonover Industries in 1997 and was promoted to General Manager in 1999 and to Vice President of Operations in 2002.

Larry's background includes Plant Manager of a toy manufacturing company. His duties included production, scheduling, personnel and shipping. During his tenure, he also worked as assistant sales manager.

Larry's strong background in Logistics results from being Terminal Manager of a large trucking facility. He was responsible for all activities including sales.

A native of the Ashland area, Larry graduated from Mapleton High School and Midland Business College, where he earned an Associate Degree in Business Management and Logistics. He and his wife, Carol, live in Polk, Ohio. They have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. They are members of the Polk Methodist Church.

Larry is an active member of the Masonic and Elks Lodges. He is an avid golfer and sports fan.
