Mike has over 10 years experience in management and 7 years in sales. He joined Schoonover Industries in 2007 as an Operations Manager.

Mike's background includes Operations Supervisor of a trucking facility. His duties included manpower planning, scheduling, route planning and logisitics. Mike's sales background was also in the transportation industry as a account executive and the auto industry.

A native of the Ashland area, Mike graduated from Mapleton High School and attended North Central State College studying Business Management. Mike is a veteran serving overseas in the United States Army. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Ashland. They have 2 children. They attend Grace Brethren church.

Mike is an avid golfer and enjoys watching his children's sporting events.
