Roscoe has 20 years of experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication. He has been with Schoonover Industries for 18 years, where he is currently Vice President of Manufacturing with the responsibility for Quoting and Estimating. Roscoe's practical experience and expertise in Fabrication has enabled him to work closely with our customers and their engineers to help design superior products.

A native of the Ashland area, Roscoe graduated from Mapleton High School and specialized in Welding Trades for 2 years at the Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center. He is a member of the National Tractor Association and the Ohio State Tractor Puller's Association. Roscoe competes in 4 x 4 modified truck pulling competitions and has won many state titles since 1991. He is currently in the process of designing and building his own home.
